stage 2 Ceramic Coating
Give your vehicle the highest quality of protection as possible
Our stage 2 ceramic coating starts with a heavy compound machine polish to remove, if not reduce most defects. The next step of polishing will refine the finish, increase gloss and clarity of paint. Your vehicles paint type and condition will determine the level of correction done to your vehicle. The 2-step polishing will get rid of 85-95% of all defects. The ceramic coating blends with the paint of your car and creates an additional hydrophobic layer of protection. This layer will act a a repellent against mud, dirt, rain, and Protect against UV damage and oxidation. Ceramic coatings will provide paint protection but are NOT resistant to rock chips and major scratches. A ceramic coating does not make your car maintenance free but rather heavily cuts down the amount of time you spend on maintaining it.

Our ceramic coating process
-
1) Clean Wheels & Tires
Wheels, tires, and fenders will be cleaned with a variety of different chemicals and brushes.
-
2) Pre-Soak/Pre-Rinse
A pre-soak is a bubble bath for your car, we soak it down with suds to break down dirt and grime to reduce us from scratching your vehicle when we hand wash. Using a pressure washer through the whole process (being careful not to damage your paint), we then rinse the suds off along with any other remaining dirt..
-
3) Hand Wash
After we feel that the heavy grime is off of your vehicle, we pre-soak with suds once more and move on to hand washing using quality microfiber wash mitts & brushes to thoroughly clean each panel of the vehicle and get between cracks & emblems. (Door jambs and gas cap will be washed as well).
-
4) Drying
As much as we can, we try to use a touch-less drying method such as using a blower or compressed air to remove water from the entire vehicle. If that method does not work, we resort to using high quality microfiber drying towels.
-
5) Decontamination
A decontamination will consist of an iron, bug & tar remover, then a clay bar procedure. This is a process of breaking down and removing dirt build up and contaminants embedded in your vehicles paintwork. These include brake dust, acid rain deposits, industrial pollution and other damaging particles that attach themselves to your vehicles when driving or parking outside. This process will cover the entirety of your vehicle.
-
6) Masking, Compound, & Polishing
Tape will be applied to all trims and rubbers to ensure no staining from the polish will occur. Next, weʻll use 2 stages of polishing. The first is to reduce/remove the imperfections on your paint. The final polishing will then take place to enhance the shine in your paint. This will give your paint a deeper and glossier look.
-
7) Ceramic Coating Application
A wipe-down with a polish remover will take place to ensure that your ceramic coating will bond true to your paint. The ceramic coating will then be carefully applied and wiped to ensure the best possible outcome for your vehicle.
-
8) Glass Cleaning
The exterior and interior of your glass will be cleaned and left streak free.
-
9) Final Inspection
A final walkthrough is done to ensure that we can deliver your vehicle to you in the best condition possible.
