Our headlight restoration process

1) Sanding (800-3000 grit)
We will start off with the 800 grit sanding to remove heavy oxidation. Moving up the scale, weʻll use 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, then 3000 grit sandpaper. Using this scaling process, weʻll refine sanding marks and bring further clarity to your headlights.

2) Compound
After the sanding is complete, a machine polishing will take place. Weʻll use a heavy cutting disc and a heavy cut compound to remove any sanding marks.

3) Polish
Weʻll take it a step up and use a finish polish and disc on our machine to bring the most clarity to your headlights as possible.

4) Ceramic Coating
Your headlights will be protected with a ceramic coating to prevent furthermore hazing or oxidization.
